Guided online course – 3-hour Zoom session.
The course will focus on the most valuable areas of business advisory (+ benchmarking) for your specific knowledge level and needs. This is a tailored course.
Beginner to intermediate stage. The course will usually focus on:
- Overall familiarisation so you can find your way around the software.
Discuss the application of some important strategies thereby creating a foundation to build from. - Produce real reports for real clients and learn how to explain and present these to clients.
- Explore our manuals, online resources and marketing centre to help drive the benefits of these services to clients.
- Optionally, find out more about outsourcing as this may be the ‘foot in the door’ or starting point for some practices. With outsourcing, you can generate fees safely while continuing your learning curve with a view to either taking over the services completely when you feel confident (partially or perhaps deciding you wish to remain with the outsourced option long-term).
Intermediate to advanced stage. The course will usually focus on:
- Exploring the software to get the most out of its features – tips, shortcuts, refinements, databases in the programme and navigation.
Produce real reports for real clients and learn how to explain and present these to clients. - Explore more advanced strategies in the database that you may not know about and that have compelling advantages.
- Tools and support features in the platform and how to use them in a complementary way to drive business advisory (+ benchmarking) as a results-oriented service.
- Marketing and resources – the best products on the platform for your needs now and going forward.

Presenting a client with a report that clearly shows this information in a professional format is very beneficial to being able to explain the benefits, savings and service. It adds credibility and structure to the process.
TaxFitness software subscriptions are not included in the courses. If you do not hold a subscription, we will provide you with access to the software for the duration of the course.
